The Larnaca District Self-Government Organisation (EOA Larnaca) is a public law legal entity. EOA Larnaca serves the 5 new Municipalities resulting from the reform and 5 community clusters with 31 communities, except for water supply services, which will be provided at a later stage and within a time period not exceeding 5 years.

EOA Larnaca provides water supply and sewerage services, while simultaneously holding the responsibility for issuing Planning and Building Permits, as well as the responsibility for managing Green Points (Waste Recycling Centers). The vision of EOA Larnaca is to become a robust, strong, modern, and pioneering organization, friendly to the citizens of the city and district of Larnaca.

Our goal is to provide high-quality services in water supply, sewerage, development licensing, and solid waste management, in a way that substantially contributes to improving the quality of life for the residents of the city and district, and to protecting the environment.
